Speaker Details

This facilitated workshop and discussion explores the approaches of three artists whose work is inspired and influenced by walking as part of their wider practice.

David Haley is an artist, researcher and eco-pedagogue specialising in cultural approaches to the climate emergency; Dionne Swift uses the scale, emotion and energy of landscape and the power of the elements to inspire her drawings and textiles; Carolyn Thompson is a visual artist working predominantly with found text and images.
